09-16-09 Trace Adkins is out on tour and hitting Turning Stone Casino Event Center in Verona for a one of a kind show. Trace Adkins is an American country singer in Springhill Louisiana. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University, Trace Adkins took a job on an oil rig, where he lost his left pinky finger in an accident. Adkins told the doctors to sow his finger back on at an angle where he could still play his guitar. Trace Adkins soon began playing in honky tonk bars in Nashville and later signed with Capital Records. Trace Adkins made his debut to the country scene with his first studio album Dreamin’ Out Loud. Trace Adkins has had more than twenty singles on the Billboard Country music chart, including singles such as “(This Ain’t) No Thinkin’ Thing”, “Ladies Love Country Boys”, and “Your Gonne Miss This”. All of Trace Adkins albums have reached gold or platinum status. Adkins highest and most successful record was his 2005 entitled album Songs About Me. This album went certified 2 times Multi- Platinum, selling over two million copies. Trace Adkins’S first single “Muddy Water” is from his most recent album X, released on November 25, 2008. HEADLINE made his acting debut in the 2008 film An American Carol. Trace Adkins played performed in Pikeville, Kentucky and Nashville, Tennessee on the same night, New Years Eve with .38 Special and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
